Our Open Tech Alliance, Insomniac Model 900 kiosk provides fully automated services to customers and is available for use 24/7. The kiosk is integrated on a real-time basis with our Syrasoft Management Software and our Digitech security system.

Customers using the kiosk can:

• Rent and pay for a unit of their choice using the video site map

• Purchase a lock from our selection of 4 different styles

• Electronically sign their lease and obtain a full size printed copy

• Access their unit immediately using their newly assigned keycode

• Current customers can check ac-count status and make payments

When planning our facility we realized no one ever finishes moving during regular office hours, so what better way to help our customers than to allow them to rent a unit and buy a lock after hours. Our customers can finish their move on their schedule and get their belongings safely and securely into their new storage unit. The kiosk performs this service flawlessly and the results have been great. New and existing tenants love the ability to manage their units on their own time- line, not just during our office hours.
